2. Diploma in Library Science with three years work experience (Sr.No.2 post).

3. Graduation in Library Science with One year relevant work experience (Sr.No.3 post).

4. Bachelor Degree (B.Tech/BE) in Science/Electronics/ IT/Computer or MCA with DOEACC ‘B’ Level certificate (Sr.No.4,6,7,8 posts).

5. Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT Engineering with Seven years post Qualification experience for Sr.No.5 post.

6. Graduation or Post Graduation with 50% marks aggregation and seven years post qualification experience for Project Service & Support –II post.
